Qiong Zhang

Qiong Zhang is a poet and performance artist based in Helsinki, and a doctoral candidate at the Theatre Academy, Uniarts Helsinki. Her research explores escape from internalized surveillance and the ghosts of everyday life through performance and writing. Her practice weaves performative gestures and choreographed images to surface the unseen, actively dismantling hidden political issues and patriarchal narratives across diverse socio-cultural contexts.
