Sadaf Yazdizadeh is an Iranian multidisciplinary artist based in Helsinki. Her practice moves between performance, movement, visual art, and installation, using the body as a site for investigating memory, perception, and transformation. Informed by a background in psychology, she creates works that emerge through intuition, embodied research, and material exploration.
Working with gesture, voice, textiles, found objects, and spatial composition, Sadaf constructs poetic environments where personal experience intersects with broader social and emotional landscapes. Rather than presenting fixed narratives, her performances open spaces for ambiguity, presence, and shared reflection, inviting audiences to engage through sensation as much as interpretation.
